AI State Tax Set-Aside Guide
Not a PDF. A file you hand your own AI agent, so it can walk you to a reference rate for what to set aside, state by state, cited to the source.
What you'll get
- ✓A file built for your AI agent (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar): upload it and it walks you state-by-state to a reference rate
- ✓A short orientation PDF that explains how to start the conversation and what to expect
- ✓All 50 states plus DC, each cited to its official revenue department
How this works
Most of what we ship is a PDF you read. This one is different: you get a plain-text file, and you hand it to an AI agent you already use: ChatGPT, Claude, whatever you have. Say something like "walk me through my state income tax set-aside using this guide," and the agent asks a few questions: which state, and whether you'd rather look up your exact rate or use a conservative shortcut.
The agent answers only from the sourced table built into the file: it will not compute a dollar figure, and it will not tell you a rate is final. It hands you the reference rate and the official link, and you verify from there.
This covers state individual income tax only, nothing below the state level. A minority of cities and counties (New York City and Philadelphia are the two we have sourced data for) layer their own tax on top; check your own city or county separately. This is a reference to help you look your own rate up, not an authoritative number. Verify at the official source, and when in doubt, ask a CPA.
